Please click on Rent A Bike. First, Select the date you’d like to rent from and select the duration of your rental. You can choose between 2 hours, a full day, and all the way up to two weeks. If you are looking for a long-term booking, contact us directly

The bikes will be available for pickup and collection from our main location in North Guiones, opposite The Gilded Iguana Hotel, or we can deliver free of charge for any bookings longer than 24 hours.

We will give you a charger bag upon collection. If needed, we can provide you with an extension cable too. You can plug the charger into a standard power outlet. Alternatively, there are free charging stations in North Guiones, Central Guiones and Playa Grarza.

If you have ever ridden a motorcycle, moped, or Vespa - an electric bike is the same. It has a throttle that works in the same way as a motorbike. With the exception that it has pedals. if you would like to have your pedals assisted - let us know, and we can turn this feature on.

Yes, If you are new to e-bikes, we will do a short instruction course to teach you how to use them.

The battery lasts 23 miles. Regular Nosara use could be anything between 2-3 days. Even with heavy use, a single charge will last at least one day. Please note that battery indicator is not 100% accurate so you should always rely on your mileage indicator

The bike uses precisely $0.08 per full 6-hour charge.

No, this is a bicycle; you don't need a driving license.

All our bikes are covered by insurance. It will cover theft and damage. But you will be responsible for the first $250.

You will have to make a police report, and in case the bike was locked and not kept on the road overnight, the insurance will cover everything except the $250 participation.

The rain is fine. We have built it to be safe, but please don't leave it for days in the rain. If the weather is terrible for a prolonged period, please cover it.

It is required by law but only sometimes enforced. We recommend the use of your helmets at all times.

We will provide you with a combination lock, and a code will be sent to you before your rental starts. Please lock the bike at all times when you are not using it.
